The Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders means a request from you to purchase Goods from us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Return conditions
In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods manufactured to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which, by reason of their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
- The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, depending on their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions above, at our sole discretion.
Only products at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, merchandise on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted under applicable law.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of goods or proof of return delivery received.
